everybody's looking for that something
one thing that makes it all complete
you'll find it in the strangest places
places you never knew it could be...
Jake Lukas Samuel Keisinger.
Monkey. 7th Year. Beater. Spanish/Irish.
some find it sharing every morning
some in the solitary night
you'll find it in the words of others
a simple line can make you laugh or cry
FRIENDS. Jake is what one would genuinely consider *nice*. He's a little shy at first, but otherwise, he's generous, loyal, amicable, down to earth and loyal to a fault. It's extremely difficult to get on his bad side unless you know exactly which buttons to push, and even if you do get on his bad side, you've generally got a good chance of getting back onto his better side. That being said, while Jake will be friendly to most of the population, there's few in his circle of friends that could be considered genuinely close to him, and fewer yet again that could be considered true friends. Like most his age, he's finding out who those are, though to date, his absolute best friend is fellow Hufflepuff and Beater, Jasper "Jazz" Forest, and has been so since their earliest days at Hogwarts.
ENEMIES. Jake's down to earth and fairly accepting nature mean that he's not one for making enemies. However, there's always that stubborn few who will harbour a dislike against a person, be it over something as trivial as Quidditch, and while it's quite difficult to do so, it is possible that people out there have managed to antagonise him enough to have him harbour less than amicable feelings. On a more general scale, Jake is and will be allied with Dumbledore and the Order of the Phoenix in the coming war or whatever occurs, so if he's not already enemy in that child-like way to anyone his mother deals with, he will be.
LOVERS. Jake is quite shy, so he can take a while to come out of his shell. He actually hasn't had that many relationships throughout school of the romantic kind, though he's had a couple, just less so since that one particularly devestating break-up he endured during his Fifth Year, as it shook his sense of truat and loyalty a great deal. That being said, it is a shame, as he's got something of a soft spot for girls after being raised by only his mother with an older sister, and it also serves to make him perhaps a mite more sensitive towards the fairer sex than most lads his age. He's far from gay, but he can certainly do his best to sympathise and be a good friend to any girl lucky enough to have him care about them; he'll go out of his way to make them laugh and put them in good spirits. It's just...he's...well, shy. Bad experience. And shy.

so, impossible as it may seem
you've got to fight for every dream
cause who's to know which one you let go
would have made you complete

it's little things that only I know
those are the things that make you mine
and it's like flying without wings
cause you're my special thing
i'm flying without wings

and you're the place my life begins
and you'll be where it ends
and that's the joy you bring
i'm flying without wings...
and you'll be where it ends
and that's the joy you bring
i'm flying without wings...
