HAIR ;; Brown. He's had a stint in his second year where he dyed his hair yellow blond and black, but it was rather short live and he learned to never do it again. His hair is now get au natural. He's had long hair, and short hair. Right now it's on the short side and he likes to style it into a bit of a 'fauxhawk'.
EYES ;; Blue/Green. His eyes are blue with yellow in them, making them sometimes look green, and other times blue. Some say it changes based on mood, but other insist it's a myth.

BODY TYPE ;; Lean but muscular, beater's build. He's a little taller and heavier than average, but a lot of the weight is in muscle from his years of being a beater for the Hufflepuff quidditch team. Height runs in his fmaily, but he had to work for his muscle.
CLOTHING STYLE ;; Tight t-shirts and straight leg jeans are the most common clothes you'll find him in if not his uniform. He also had a collection of sweater, zip, pullover, hoodies. Some of his clothes are worn and have holes but he still wears them.

OVERVIEW ;; Jasper is a family person, and a role model. He loves to help out and encourage younger students. He's very charismatic and tries to be on everyone's good side. He's always running errands for teachers and can't say no to a request. It's his weakness. He hates to let people down, but never tries to hand off blame.
He's really active and always keeping busy. Running, flying, soccer, the works. He keeps himself fit and on a schedule, but is always making extra time. He often jokes about needing a time turner to get through all of his plans for a single day, and some people have wondered if he really does have one to get so much done. He often doesn't procrastinate unless he has good reason to put things off.
He's an energetic guy He can be a prankster and is the life of the party. He loves to live life to the fullest, and with magic, there's so much more to do. A few couple Slytherins have ended up Hufflepuff yellow thanks to him. Whatever he does though, he never tries to hurt people.
LIKES ;;
- Video games. He's a little bit ADD, so fast paced games are a favourite of his, or anything where he can play just a little bit. Usually he only gets to play them at home.
- Music. He plays several instruments, including bass guitar and drums, and is decent at singing. It's a pass time of his and he can often be caught singing Muggle songs. One of his favourite being 'Hey there Delilah'.
- French. His mother taught the family french from a young age, being her own first language. He can speak rather fluently, like most of his family.
- Muggle photography. He has his father's old camera, a Pentax K1000. He also has tons of film that he keeps with him and even brings to school. He likes taking still photographs to keep as memories.
- Outside. He has a habit of climbing trees and exploring woods. He specifically loves trees, water, and forests. Desert not so much.
- Each and every season. In autumn the trees change color, it's not too muggy. It's a beautiful time to be outside before the snow comes down when everything it starting to sleep. Winter when everything is quiet and can go completely undisturbed. You can find crystal snow and perfect animal tracks, ice on trees. In spring everything is coming alive after the dead of winter. The rain storms that make a beautiful smell afterwards. Blooming flowers. And then summer, when you was excuses to swim, and school lets out.
DISLIKES ;;
- Being disrespected for his blood status. Just because of his parents' muggle status, he's not less of a wizard. One, it's disrespectful to his family, and two, disrespectful to him.
- Stereotyping based on house. Tons of great people come from Hufflepuff. And loyalty is just as valuable as courage, knowledge, ambition, or courage. Honey badgers don't give a shit, they fuck shit up.
- Being called by his given name. Only his grandma does it, or his mother when he's in trouble. He would rather you give him a nickname. He has tons. Dislikes being called Jasper because it's his grandfather's name and his grandfather is passed away.
- All kinds of ignorance and inequality. He's very strong spoken about equal treatment no matter race, gender, blood status, house, ect.
- Blood. With his antics of climbing up trees he's done his fair share of bleeding. He can see his own cuts and blood, but when it comes to others he feels like he'll pass out or hurl.
- Not being able to shower. He only reason he doesn't camp. He can't stand being dirty. He'll wear ripped and stained clothing but only if it's been though the wash. He's picky about always washing himself and showers at least every other day.
- Silence. If it's dead quiet, he has a habit of making noise, Drumming on his knees, humming, anything so it's not silent. Even when he's alone he does it.
STRENGTHS ;;
- Dedicated. He works hard to prove himself. Very hard. He doesn't stand to let his house appear weak, so he fights to be the strongest. Once he stars something he won't stop until it's done, and done well.
- Smooth-talker. He's good at twisting words to sound good. He could tell you he broke into your things, but make it seem like he did you a favor. He can also lie with a straight face and have no one the wiser. He's used this to get out of tight spots frequently. If he has to shift blame, he tries to blame animals or just say it was 'someone else' but most often he just makes it sound not as bad. He can also convince people to do things for him. This is sometimes how he helps other people, by 'acquiring assistants'.
- Muggle survival skills. If he had to avoid being tracked thanks to magic, he could do it. He knows how to get around ambiguously using public transit. He can drive, and cook. He could easily blend in completely if needed. It also means he has more option for work and leisure.
FLAWS ;;
- Can be blinded by passion. Lay a hand on, insult, or threaten his family, friends, or sometimes even himself, and his control and focus could go out the window. It makes him an easier target in most ways, but also a danger to himself.
- Easily guilted/roped into doing things. If you ask him for a favor, he's not likely to say no unless it hurt himself or others. This makes him struggle to get everything done in time, crowds his schedule and takes up time for leisure.
- Claustrophobic. He doesn't like being confined or unable to leave of his own will. I't not horrible, but it can be pretty bad. He doesn't like having to sit in classrooms so much or go into offices for meetings. Caves as well are not good for him.
HABITS ;;
- Singing muggle songs. Sometimes he doesn't even notice he's, humming whistling, or even full out singing a tune some students at Hogwarts wouldn't even recognize. It just get's stuck in his head and starts slipping out without his permission.
- Picking scabs. He doesn't know why he likes it, because it hurst, and he doesn't like blood, but he always picks at scabs. It's a good thing he doesn't get many.
AMBITIONS ;;
- Become a wand-maker. He was fascinated when he set foot in Olivander's, and he wants his family name to be a spectacle like that, well known and trusted by all. He knows it could take a life time, but he's more than happy to carve and enchant furniture until then. That's his plan B. If not wands, furniture, but he wasn't to work with wood and enchantments. Earth magic fascinates him.
FEARS ;;
- That he'll always be labeled by house an blood. He's worked so hard to shine past his titles, but he's always afraid that it's just not working. What if he'll always be 'that Hufflepuff' and never 'that brilliant wizard' even if he works his damn arse off?
- Losing his family. With the way it's mostly just the five of them so close he's always terrified of losing his parents, or his siblings. He had to live through his Grandfather's death when he was 8 and he saw how much it hurt his mom. He doesn't want any one of them to have to face that again.
SECRETS ;;
- Sometimes he wishes he was just a muggle and didn't know about any of this. He always wanted the high school soap opera life. He knows there's a war brewing and he'd rather not be a art of it at all. He knows being a wizard puts his entire family more at risk and he hates that.
- He's been arrested by the muggle police several times. He's a bit of a partier and a prankster, and that's gotten him in trouble with law. Vandalism, uderage drinking, and several other charges give him a spotty juvenile record.

HISTORY ;; Shocked. That's what he was to find out he was a wizard. His grandfather on his mothers side was a squib, and several of his relatives were wizards and witches, but he was never told, mostly because the family cut off his grandfather and descendants. His mother didn't even know because no one wanted to give them false hope. The family tried to contact them again when Jasper was accepted to Hogwarts, but the family as a whole decided to decline.
His father met his mother while he was on a photography trip to France when he was 18. They got married when she got pregnant at age 20 (5 years later), but they were madly in love and had been since they met. They had been engaged for two years and living in Brighton. After one child, they decided to plan another... and ended up with twins.
All of the kids attended English schools and were raised for the last 12 years in London. They were taught french and were always reminded to be nice and try their best. In many ways their children, even unplanned, were more blessing than mistake. The family is in all ways very warm and tight-knit. They don't talk to their extended family much.
In his years at Hogwarts he's always tried to be best in class. He's not much of a book person, and he doesn't to well at charms, but he's great at Transfiguration and Charms. He gets high marks, but not always the best. Some say of he dedicated more time to books instead of quidditch or leisure then he could pull it off, but he doesn't care.
He tries to be a role model and encourage other Hufflepuffs to represent their house and show they're just as good. If he wasn't on the house team, he would be cheering at every game (like he was the first four years of his Hogwarts life). His fellow beater, Jake, has also been his best friend for years. They went out to try outs together.
Jasper loves his kid brother and sister. The entire family was surprised when only one of the twins got the magical genetics, but they've coped. The twins don't like being separated and always write. Jasper and Paul bring home all kinds of magical candies and presents though, and bend the rules to show her little charms.

He likes to see things happen before his eyes that should be impossible. He's not fond of fighting, but entertaining or practical magic, he's good at that. A bit of a prankster sometimes too.
WORST SUBJECT ;; Divination. He's always found the subject creepy. He's perfectly happy with living through his own life, or predicting it or seeing the future of it... or anyone else's for that matter. Frankly it just weirds him out.
